On October 15 (Wed.) the Seimas ratified the Treaty of Mutual Diplomatic Friendship and Cooperation between Orientria and Velansia negotiated between President Helge Kim and His Royal Majesty the King Ostawa I. Orientria is a new Korean micronation established in September 2025.

On October 14 (Tue), the Seimas ratified the Treaty of Friendship, Co-operation and Partnership between the Republic of Velansia and Confederation of Tula, introduced by Minister for Foreign Affairs Zangejev. The Agreement was signed by President Helge Kim on behalf of the Republic of Velansia and Chairman of the Soviet of Ministers Nikolay Sidorov.
