Republic of Velansia is a peaceful parliamentary democracy with a developed legal system and political traditions. Founded in 2015 by the first President Valery Savarnuuk, it has developed into a vibrant Rusophone simulationist community.

On October 14 (Tue), the Seimas ratified the Treaty of Friendship, Co-operation and Partnership between the Republic of Velansia and Confederation of Tula, introduced by Minister for Foreign Affairs Zangejev.
