On October 15 (Wed.) the Seimas ratified the Treaty of Mutual Diplomatic Friendship and Cooperation between Orientria and Velansia negotiated between President Helge Kim and His Royal Majesty the King Ostawa I.

Orientria is a new Korean micronation established in September 2025.
