On October 14 (Tue), the Seimas ratified the Treaty of Friendship, Co-operation and Partnership between the Republic of Velansia and Confederation of Tula, introduced by Minister for Foreign Affairs Zangejev.

The Agreement was signed by President Helge Kim on behalf of the Republic of Velansia and Chairman of the Soviet of Ministers Nikolay Sidorov.
