My name is Mihajil Zangejev and I am Velansia’s current minister for foreign affairs. Velansia is a Russian-speaking Ural micronation that unites more than one hundred members across Russia and CIS countries. As her Minister, I am delighted to represent the experience, divercity and heritage of Velansia to the world.
The Ural Commonwealth is the latest diplomatic initiative of the Republic of Velansia aimed to preserve and promote the micronational heritage of the Ural Mountains.
